Heather Michelle Taylor, age 38, of Monticello, Indiana died Tuesday, February 21, at Monticello, Indiana.
She was born May 23, 1973, at Whiteman AFB, Missouri a daughter of David Wayne Taylor and Cecilia Spraggins Taylor of Layton, Utah.
She was a Baptist, a graduate of Randolph High School, Texas and held a physical therapist assistant degree from the University of Indianapolis.
Surviving in addition to her parents is a brother Davey Taylor and wife Lacy, West Palm Beach, Fla; her grandmother Edna Faye Taylor, Warren, Arkansas and a nephew Mason Taylor, West Palm Beach, Fla.
Funeral Services 1:30pm Sunday, February 26, at Frazer's Chapel.
Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.
Visitation 6:00pm to 8:00pm Saturday, February 25, at Frazer's.
