Joshua Ty Phillips, 18, of Conway, died Wednesday, July 8, 2009.
He was born Jan. 31, 1991, in Liberal, Kan., a son of Brian Todd Phillips and Shelly Faye Applebee.
Survivors are his father, Brian Phillips of Morrilton; his mother, Shelly Stultz of Benton; one son, Braxton Phillips of Conway; grandparents; great-grandparents; two brothers, Matthew Phillips of Morrilton and Jacob Phillips; and a sister, Amber Phillips of Morrilton.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Hope Cemetery with Jody Hurst officiating.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the home of Marlin and Mona Kay Boyle.
In lieu of flowers, an account in the name of J.T. Phillips has been set up at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Morrilton.
Arrangements are by Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home of Morrilton.
