Michael Eugene Moyer, 62, of Ulm passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013.
Mr. Moyer was born May 5, 1951, in Searcy to Clarence and Gladys Vaughn Moyer. He was a graduate of Harding Academy and received a graphics art degree from Hardy University. He and his wife Marva were co-owners of The Red Shed in Ulm. His hobbies included hunting, shooting and fishing, and he loved to cook and paint. He was a Christian who loved God.
His father preceded him in death.
He is survived by the love of his life, Marva Trotter Moyer; three children, Brian Atkins (Terina) of Vilonia, Natalie Dodson of Bryant and Sara Blanford (James) of Ulm; his mother, Gladys Moyer of Searcy; one sister, Rhonda Roberts (Gary) of Searcy; and eight grandchildren, Brett, Blake, Megan, Mason, Jenna, Quade, Jacey and Weston.
Graveside services, officiated by Bro. Thomas Bormann, will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Ulm Cemetery by Turpin Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday at Turpin Funeral Home.
