The Melbourne Times, Melbourne, Arkansas, February 21, 1957:
Watters Infant Passes Away
Billy Jarold Watters, infant son of Tom and Mary Watters of Violet Hill was born October 21, 1956 and died February 14, 1957 at the age of 3 months and 24 days.
He is survived by his parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Davis of Brockwell and grandmother, Mrs. Elmer Watters of Violet Hill and a host of other relatives.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 15 at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Ridge Church, with Rev. Shaw Griffin of Melbourne officiating. Burial was made in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery under direction of the Hall Funeral Home.
