ulia Woods Rickman, 65, of Crossett died Friday, December 15, 2000, at her home. Born March 17, 1935, in Hamburg to George and Brooksie Coulter Norrell, she was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church of Crossett and was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, George Norrell, and a sister, Willie Swan.
Survivors include her husband, Pat Rickman; a stepson, Dennis Rickman; three daughters, Sandy Harrison and Dixie Adams, all of Crossett, and Julia Reed of Monroe, LA; two brothers, William Norrell of Crossett and James Norrell of Homer, LA; three sisters, Frances Gray of Monroe, LA, Lillian Green of Sterlington, LA, and Mary Ruth Johnston of Harrell; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services were on Sunday, December 17, in the First United Pentecostal Church of Crossett with Bros. Larry Hickman, Bryan Peck and Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial followed services at the Carlock Cemetery, directed by Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.
