July 18, 1866 - April 15, 1922
Fordyce, April 15 - E. L. Koonce, age 58, among Fordyce's oldest citizens, died here at his home this morning at 2:30 o'clock. He owned a farm near Bunn, where he spent a large part of his time. He will be buried here at the Fordyce cemetery tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. (Arkansas Democrat - April 16, 1922)
