Brooke Danielle Ackley, age 1 month 28 days, of Dierks, Arkansas, was born March 10, 2009 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She passed from this life on Friday, May 8, 2009 at her home. Brooke is survived by her parents, Heath Donald and Jamie Lynette Whitaker Ackley of Dierks; two sisters, Madison and Zoie Ackley; a twin brother Brayden; maternal grandparents, Charles and Sheila Whitaker of Newhope, Arkansas; paternal grandparents, George and Carolyn Ackley of Nashville, Arkansas; great grandparents, Ray and Ethel Pinkerton of Newhope, Wilma Whitaker of Dierks and Lendell and Wilma Cogburn Hale of Dierks; great great-grandmothers, Beatrice Arnold of Dierks and Nellie Hall of Mt. View, Arkansas; one aunt and two uncles, Kaela and Clay Beilstein of Bismark, Arkansas and Adam Ackley of Nashville, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by four great grandparents, J W “Cotton” Whitaker, Thomas and Alma Ackley and Jewell Cogburn. Funeral Services for Brooke Danielle Ackley will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in the Pleasant Grove Free Will Baptist Church with Kenny Fant and Roger Arnold officiating.
