ROGERS — Yvonne Guenther, 62, of Rogers died April 15, 2007, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born April 14, 1945, in Bloomington, Ill., to Matthew Raymond and Mildred Lucile Risser Arquette. She moved to Rogers in 1978 from California. She attended the University of Arkansas and studied costume design. She worked for the Rogers school system and was owner and operator of Yvonne's Uniform Shop, which later became Yvonne's in Rogers, retiring in 2005. She was a charter member and past president of the American Business Women's Association. Her interests included traveling, sewing and crafts.

Survivors include one son, Larry Guenther Jr. of Springdale; one daughter, Michelle Howell of San Antonio; one sister, Gail DeJohn of Savannah, Ga.; 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers with the Rev. Gordon Besel officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
