Died September 8, 1979, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Arkansas.
Son of Jesse Franklin, Drown, Sr. & Rachel C. Guthrie Drown.
Married Minnie Wilma Wayland.
Note: Jesse Franklin "Frank" Drown, Jr. is buried in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; however, a memorial was placed in the Wises Chappel/Crossroads Cemetery because he donated the fence for the cemetery.
