Funeral services for Charles Franklin Cunningham, Sr., 40, of Norfork, a veteran of WWII, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Galatia Methodist Church, Rev. Corbia Stone will officiate.
Mr. Cunningham, a lifelong resident of this section, died Sunday night in the Veterans Administration Hospital at Poplar Bluff, MO. He was a heavy duty machinery operator.
He was born July 13, 1917 at Guion in Izard County, and was the son of the late Henry Cunningham, who preceded him in death in 1945, amd Mrs. Nina Lynch Cunningham.
Suvivors include his wife Mrs. Edna Cunningham ; two sons, Charles, Jr., and Roy Dale Cunningham; two daughters, Royce Gale and Guyla Sue Cunningham; his mother, Mrs. Nina Cunningham of Calico Rock; three brothers, Roy, Alfred and Lawrence, all of Kansas City, MO and two sisters, Mrs Margaret Jeffery of Judsonia and Mrs. Berta Fay Tompson of Kansas City, MO.
Interment will be in the Galatia Cemetery. roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
