Union Chapel is a relocated cemetery from the Beaver Lake area that was established when the graves were moved.
Union Chapel was part of the Beaver Lake Cemetery relocations. 301 interments from the old cemetery were moved to the location now of the New Union Chapel Cemetery. The New Union Chapel Cemetery also includes 8 from Ash Cemetery; 23 from Bowman; 13 from David; 23 from Henson; 15 from Jennings; 3 from Kelley; 6 from Mix; 1 from Moon; 24 from Reynolds; 1 from Tarr; 3 from Webb; and 4 from Wishon.
These re-interments occurred between 1961 and 1963 when the lake was being built.
