(Note: The inscription on this concrete gravestone with a glass window is no longer legible except for the "S" at the beginning. The grave is next to the grave of Samuel R. Jones' wife, Margaret Ellen Copeland Pearson Jones. When the Hilltop Extension Homemakers Club made a survey of the cemetery on May 9, 1968, they were able to read the inscription on the gravestone which showed S. R. Jones 1858--1929.)
