Uncle Marion Grammar, as he was often called by his many friends, passed away at six o'clock Thursday morning, Jan. 2, 1930 and was laid at rest the same day in the Douglas Cemetery. He was 54 years of age. He leaves to mourn his loss his kind and loving wife, six children, one having preceded him in death some years past. The children are: Harlin, Mrs. Grover Smith and Mrs. Price, all in California and who were unable to come at his death; Mrs. Alvin Sacton, Milo and Hugh were at the home when he died. Uncle Marion's time spent on this earth was comparatively short and while his physical body is gone his example of living will continue to guide those who know him. Uncle Marion was a kind and loving neighbor, husband and father, always ready to help anyone in time of need. His Friend.
