GENTRY — Danny Lee Ennis, 48, of Gentry died Dec. 23, 2008, at Circle of Life Hospice Center in Springdale. He was born June 2, 1960 in Gravette to Donald Ennis and Polly Hamilton Berret.
He married Phyllis Wagenheim on June 2, 1995.
Survivors include his wife of Gentry; a daughter, Tiffany Sanchez and husband Ernesto of Gentry; his mother and stepfather Orval Berret; and a sister, Reta Hill and husband Jay of Elm Springs.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.wassonfuneralhome.com.
