Mrs. Susan N. Pollock, wife of B.F. Pollock, was born Jan 6th, 1832 and departed this life at her home in Springdale, Ark. Sept. 15, 1897. She became the wife of B.F. Pollock Aug. 6, 1850. In this relation she lived happily for forty seven years, bearing cheerfully her part of the burdens and responsibilities of life and faithfully standing beside her husband, meeting bravely the stern realities of life. Being the mother of nine children she found much to employ her hands, mind and heart. As a mother she endeavored to bring up her children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. She professed faith in Christ in early girl-hood, became a member of the M.E. Church South in which she lived a consistent christian until the day of her death. T.A. Martin, Pastor.
