ALLEN, David - David Allen, who was stricken with paralysis Wednesday of last week, died Saturday about 5 p.m. at his home on Otis Ave. The funeral services were held at the home Monday at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Halbert. Mr. Allen had been a resident of Gentry for several years and was held in high esteem by all. Had he lived till next August he would have been 70 years old. His widow and one child, a daughter, live here and another daughter, who was present at the funeral, lives in Texas.
