Hazel Halcomb, 84, of Corning died Sunday, Feb. 27.

Born in Tyler, Texas, Halcomb was a member of the Corning First Apostolic Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Edna Hurst of Jonesboro, Joyce Counts of Bowdon, Ga., Wilma Moore of Corning; four sons, Bill Halcomb of Pascagoula, Miss., Randy Halcomb of Pocahontas, Ed Halcomb of Biggers, Bob Halcomb of Corning; one sister, Edna Lucille Thornburg of Benweller, Texas; 20 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer Halcomb; two sons, Darrell Travis Halcomb and Jack Halcomb; two brothers; and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Corning First Apostolic Church, with the Rev. Chris Dixon officiating.
