Mrs. Jas. Gibson, Mark Gibson, Jack Gibson and Mrs. John Means, wife and children of James Gibson, deceased, request that I thank through The News, their many friends who so graciously extended their assistance during the illness of their beloved husband and father.

Uncle Jimmy Gibson, who has been a sufferer of dropsy for more than a year, died Feb. 22, 1921. Mr. Gibson was born Aug. 12, 1845, and married Jan. 6, 1866. He served as a private in the Civil War. He is survived by his wife and six children. Remains were interred in the Spring Valley Cemetery.
