Margaret Lucille Galbreath, 79, of Beech Grove died Thursday, July 24, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

Born in Poinsett County, she was a homemaker and a member of West Light Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons, James Everette "Jim" Galbreath of Parkersburg, W.Va., and William David Galbreath of Marmaduke; two daughters, Margie Lee Bailey of Light and Mary Sue Cox of Bono; two brothers, Perry Allen Wood and Sidney Ray Wood, both of Trumann; one sister, Dorothy Riley of Trumann; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Evertte Galbreath; her parents, William Authur and Mable Clark Wood; four brothers; two sisters; and one grandson.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Carl Hollis and Myrl Frederick officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery at Paragould.

Active pallbearers will be Tommy Myrick, Bill Bailey, Glen Maple, Rick Lenderman, Mike Jones and James Edward Ivy.

Honorary pallbearers will include Edward Lands, Von Bobo and Murble Walton.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 211 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock 72205.
