ALFREY, T.M. - T.M. Alfrey, living near Siloam Springs, committed suicide last Tuesday night by hanging himself. He took a chain and tied it to a limb out in the yard then fastened it 'round his neck then tied a handkerchief over his face and swung off. This is as we have learned it, how correct we have it we do not know. The deceased had been in ill health for some time and his friends say that the killing of that young man by his son last fall preyed on his mind until he was driven to the act that ended his life.
