Died Kansas City, Missouri, July 21, 2005.
Son of Delbert Ord and Melba Ann "Tookie" Hickman Cunningham.

William Francis 'Butchie' Cunningham, 48, of Independence, Missouri, died Thursday, July 21, 2005, in Kansas City, Missouri, as a result of complications from diabetes.
William Francis Cunningham, the son of Delbert Ord Cunningham and Melba Hickman Cunningham, was born in Kansas City, Missouri, Janurary 28, 1957.
He is survived by two brothers, Jeff Cunningham and his wife Judy, of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Chris Cunningham of Lee's Summit, Missouri; and one sister Debbie Ingram of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Mr. Cunningham was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Gerald 'Jerry' Cunningham.
Family members held a brief memorial service and interred his cremated reamins in the Galatia Cemetery near Norfork Arkansas, during the 2006 Galatia Cemetery Decoration Weekend in June 2006.
