Robert William Trimble was killed in an automobile accident.

Funeral services for Robert William Trimble, 18, of Wichita, KS, were held at the Burnt Schoolhouse at 4PM Sunday with Rev Ople Hargrave officiating.
Trimble, a former Baxter County resident, was killed in a car accident last Thursday at Strong City, KS. He was employed as a bus driver for Wichita Transportation Company.
He was born at Advance on May 1, 1929, and served with the Army in Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edith Trimble of the home; a son, Robert, Jr.; his father, Ralph Trimble of Gassville; his mother Mrs. Jody Stroeter of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Mrs. Willie Eastman of Kansas City, MO, and Mrs. Jorene Helm of OK; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Margie Trimble of Gassville and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Manda Beavers of Lone Rock.
Interment was in the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery. Roller Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
