Infant Caybrie Aileen Chapman was born on January 4, 2009 and passed away on January 4, 2009 at the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas. Infant Caybrie is survived by her parents, Glen and Torry Chapman Jr.; and siblings Tyler, Kaytie, Morgan and a twin brother, Caeden Joshua all of Flippin; paternal grandparents, Glen and Iris Chapman Sr. of Arkana, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Richard and Wendy Simmons of Flippin, Arkansas and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Infant Caybrie is preceded in death by one brother, Ceagan John Chapman.
The family will receive family and friends form 4:00-5:00PM Saturday, January 24, 2009, at the Roller Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Memorials may be made to the Chapman Family.
