*Obituary
Edward Luther Knight, 38, of Corpus Christi, TX, a former resident of Mt. Home, died Thursday at a Corpus Christi hospital. A welder and a veteran, he was born here on June 30, 1932, the son of Arthur C Knight and Nola Mitchell Knight.
He is survived by a son, Bruce Knight and two daughters, Donna and Carol Knight, all of Newark, His mother, Mrs. Nola M. Knight of Forrest City; his father, Arthur C. Knight of Flippin; three sister, Mrs. Marilyn (Lynn) Harris of Mt. Home, Mrs Shirley Mershon of Midway, and Mrs. Pat Porter of Forrest City; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted here Sunday at the Memorial Chapel with Bro. Henry Tregle of Three Brothers officiating. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery at Buford, under the direction of the McClure-Smith Service.
Pallbearers were Leonard Kellem, Robert Flock, E.J. Duggins, Carrel Caststeel, Arnold Ray Knight and J.E. White.
