Richard Albert Richard, 51, of Mt. Home was killed Thursday afternoon when the car in which he was riding left the road on highway 101 east of Lake Norfork just south of the Missouri line.
Theodore Cunningham of Mt. Home, driver of the car, also suffered injuries described as 'not serious' at the Baxter County Community Hospital in Gassville where he was taken for treatment.
Dorothy Marie Foster of Mt. Home, a passenger in the car, was uninjured, Sheriff J.D. King said.
Funeral services for Mr. Richards were held at the Roller Chapel here Saturday with the Rev Lee Anderson officiating. Burial was in the Norfork Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Catherine, Wanda Jean and Ionna of the home; his mother, Mrs. Lucy Frances Richards of Mt. Home; two sisters and two brothers.
