Paul Ogden Hogan, 66, of Norfork died Sunday.
born Sep 29, 1909, at Norfork, Mr. Hogan was the son of William and Mattie Lou Curd Hogan. He was a lifetime resident of this county.
Mr. Hogan was a bookkeeper and a member of the Norfork-Salesville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. He had served as a member of the governing board of Baxter General Hospital, as city clerk for the city of Norfork, was a member of the Norfork School Board and at the time of his death, was in charge of the emergency food and medical services program of the Office of Economic Opportunities.
Funeral services for Mr. Hogan will be Friday at the Norfork school gym at 2PM. Brother Don Pfalser will officiate, with burial in the Norfork Cemetery. The Roller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hogan is survived by a brother, Pat Hogan of Jacksonville and three sister, Mrs. Bernice Warren and Mrs. Lillie Farrier of Norfork and Mrs. Mildred Hammett of Mesa, AZ.
Pallbearers will be F.L. Harvey, Andy Simpson, Leroy Farrier, Leo Rose, C.B. Finley and Jack Hughes.
Mr. Hogan was a veteran of World War I.
