A card of thanks to all of my neighbors that were so good and kind in time of need, when I was in distress. Merit R. Dickerson, my husband, died on November 17, and was laid to rest where he will suffer no more. Before he died he talked of the new home he was going to. He asked his friends to come and see him for the last time and told them he was ready to go, and asked them all to meet him there. He leaves a wife who stood at his bedside to the last, three grandchildren, one daughter and two boys. The daughter was present at his death bed. He was 76 years and three days old the day he passed to the Great Beyond.
