Funeral services
will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the New Hope CME Church in Junction City for Ramson (Hog) Elliott, who died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 3, 1894, and was the son of Warren and Laura Elliott. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Henretta Elliott, Junction City; and a daughter, Mrs. Jessie B. Bowie, El Dorado. Burial will be in Community Cemetery. The Rev. E. A. Houston will officiate. (El Dorado Times - March 5, 1971)
