Thomas Franklin Cooper passed away in his home in Stockton, CA, Monday, November 14, 2016. Tom is survived by his wife Cheryl and three children, Michelle, Seth and Morgan. A steadfast provider, Tom will be remembered as a man who loved with everything he had and challenged the ones he loved to be the best selves they could be. There will be no services held.
