Rogers — William Theodore Carnahan, 69, of Bentonville, died Monday to a Bentonville nursing home. Born March 27, 1907, the son of the Rev. Samual and Cora Jane Ruckman Carnahan, he was a building contractor and a Baptist.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary Lou Bennett or Lineville, Iowa, and Mrs. Billie Sue Cunningham of Springfield, Mo.; one brother, Ben of Eureka Springs; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Jane Marlin of Sejo, Ore., Mrs. Elisabeth Frances Tangenan of Newton, Kan., and Mrs. Pearl Kempsler of Long Beach, Calif.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Burns Funeral Chapel with burial in the Bentonville Cemetery.
