Odessa Perkins, 72, of Fort Smith died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, in Fort Smith.

She was a member of Mount Zion C.M.E. Church in Fort Smith and a graduate of Lincoln High School.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Mount Zion C.M.E. Church in Fort Smith with burial at Washington Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary.

She is survived by two daughters, Beverly Martens and Ann Brewer, both of Fort Smith; two sons, Fred and Cecil Perkins, both of Fort Smith; three sisters, Nancy Cross and Alice Perkins, both of Fort Smith, and Willie Yarbrough of White Plains, Md.; three brothers, Olish Perkins of Fort Smith, Roscoe Perkins of Lawton, Okla., and Donald Perkins of Muskogee, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Cornell Barker, William Gordan, Bobby Lee, Willie Love Jr., Terry Moss Jr. and Robert Marks.
