June 22, 1988 - July 13, 2021
Melody Kay Hunt, 33, was called by the heavens far to soon.
Born June 22, 1988 to the late Robert and Brenda Hunt.
Melody was a strong, loving and caring woman who wanted the best for everyone. She will be missed by many and never forgotten. Melody is survived by 3 sisters Monday Hunt, Wendy Hunt, Sara and Jermaine Bishop. Also 3 brothers Jason Copeland, Michael Hunt and Robert Hunt. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews and other family members who miss and love her. Melody is also survived by her husband Michael McElwee and 8 children Mickey, Mekiyah, Mariha, Trae Trae, Micha, Meniyha, Melayha and Malachi McElwee. Also 1 grandchild Keneya McElwee. A loving and devoted wife and mother who never gave up on those she loved. Her beautiful children gave her hope and faith and a reason to never give up.
Melody was the strongest woman you'd ever known and though she's gone to heaven I know she's still watching over us all rooting us on. You'll never be forgotten and will always be loved and missed. Thank you Melody for all you've done and the person you were. Until we meet again my loved one, fly high with the Angels and save me a spot. Always Loved Never Forgotten
