Tanner Austin Surratt, born in 1995 in Hot Springs, AR, passed away March 11, 2021 at the age of 25. He was raised, and graduated from Cutter Morning Star High School, and loves the CMS community. Tanner loved the outdoors, especially the lake, and loved fishing and motorcycles. He wanted to live his life to the fullest every day and often said “If I live the way I want today - I’ll have no regrets tomorrow.” Tanner cared about people. He loved them for who they were and wished the best for them. A friend once said of Tanner “What you saw was what you got with him, and what you saw, if you were lucky enough to be his friend, was a truly delightful, generous fun loving human being. Tanner loves hard, he had a big heart.”

Lake, Debbie Hensley of Hot Springs, B.J and Brit Bankhead of Alpine, Barry and Heather Bankhead of Kirby, their children; and a host of friends; special stand-in moms who meant a lot to him, Paula McArty and Angie Kirk, both of Hot Springs; predeceased aunts: Mary Surratt and Jeannie Surratt.
