Elizabeth Ann Wheeler passed away December 6, 2023. She was born on July 4, 1959 and spent much of her life in Mayflower, AR.
Elizabeth loved her grandsons, Christopher and Colby, almost as much as she loved the Razorbacks. Her motto was ''It's a great day to be a Razorback.'' If there was any type of Razorback game on, she would have her Mr. Jim radio set to listen, even if it was on TV. She would text us and tell us to call the Hogs louder!
Elizabeth was someone who took care of everyone else first. She loved to cook, bake, and clean. She cooked our large family meals for the holidays and special events. She baked pies and hot rolls to auction off at school events. She made sure our school had the shiniest floors possible.
Whether you called Elizabeth by Mawmaw, Mom, Sis, Sissy, Ms. Liz or Lizzie, the one thing you could always call her was a friend. To say that Elizabeth will be missed is an understatement, she is and always will be a piece of so many peoples' hearts, especially her children, Veronica and Erik, her mother, Maxine, and her sister, Teresa.
A Gathering and Celebration of her life will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
