LOWELL — Joseph Franklin "Frank" Holloway, 78, of Lowell passed away surrounded by his family on Dec. 28, 2022. He was born Aug. 10, 1944, in Boise, Idaho the son of Earnest Wayne and Esther Marie (Hazen) Holloway.
Franklin retired from Carroll Electric; he was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lowell. He enjoyed spending time with his family and woodworking. Preceded in death by his parents.
Survived by his wife Linda Carithers Holloway; his daughter Shawna Madewell and husband Dustin, and his grandson Seth Madewell. Siblings Terry Holloway and wife Maria, Cheryl Pegram and husband Bill, Kenneth Holloway, and wife Marsha.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023, at New Hope Assembly of God in Rogers. Interment in the Rogers Cemetery, Rogers, Arkansas. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3rd at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.
