November 17, 1943 - June 6, 2023

and Round Lake Beach, Illinois passed away peacefully on June 6th, 2023, surrounded by family at her home. She was born on November 17th, 1943, to her late parents, Primitivo and Julia.

In 1970, at the age of 27, Judy trusted Jesus as her Lord and Savior after her son, Peter gave his life to the Lord through Vacation Bible School. It was her greatest desire and prayer for her family and friends to know and trust in Jesus. In John 14:6, Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." She was a long-time member of Westchester Bible Church and Indian Hill Bible Church in Illinois. She spent many years volunteering and sharing her love of Jesus with children, including AWANA. More recently, she had attended Village Bible Church in Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Judy was a remarkable Christian woman who radiated warmth, kindness, and a genuine love for those around her. Her selflessness knew no bounds; her family was her sole focus. She worried and cared for her family many times to the exclusion of her own needs. She possessed an unwavering commitment to helping others and faithfully packed dozens of shoe boxes for needy children through Samaritan's Purse each Christmas.

Although she endured many hardships, she showed perseverance and strength from a very young age. She was a hard worker who started bringing in money for her family at the age of 14. She carried a strong work ethic with a love for learning throughout her whole life.

Judy had an amazing sense of humor and a beautiful laugh. Her wit was razor-sharp, and she was known to say the most shockingly funny things without effort. She was an avid yard sale seeker and bargain shopper who loved to spoil her family. Her love for God's creation shined through her many photos, especially from her travels. Dave and Judy enjoyed a long, happy marriage, vacationing across the country, and would have celebrated 30 years together on their shared birthday, November 17th.

Devoted wife to her caring husband, David Mackey, for 17 years (together for 30). Loving mother to Peter Krzak who preceded her in death, Maria Volini, Denise (Craig) Stout, Ruth (Chris) Wallway, Rebekah (Todd) Kelly, and Leah (Terry) A. Cherished grandmother to Zantana (Michael) Bagger, Julia (fiancé, Matt) Volini, Anne (Mark) Engstrom, Justin Stout, Ethan (Sara) Stout, Emma Vande Krol, Evan Stout, Kyla Vande Krol, Anna Vande Krol, Katrina Kelly, Zach J., Alaina Kelly, Jake Vande Krol, Cole Wallway, Alissa Wallway, Emma Wallway, Jessie A. and Jordan A. Beloved great-grandmother to Nicholas Bagger, Everett Kelly and Alex Christopher who preceded her in death.

Also preceded in death by her former husband, John L. Krzak, Jr. Sister to ten siblings including, Joe (Joyce) Avila, Alice Esposito, and Primo Avila; as well as countless cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of Judy's life will be held Sunday, June 18th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Tanyard Creek Nature Pavilion in Bella Vista, AR.

A graveside service will be held on June 24th, 2023, at 4:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery, 1509 W Commercial Street, Ozark, AR 72949, where she will be laid to rest with her son, Peter.

The family would like to thank her hospice team and caregivers at Circle of Life, BrightStar Care, and Mercy Hospital for their outstanding assistance, compassion, and loving care.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy's honor can be made to: Samaritans Purse - Operation Christmas Child, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607 or https://www.samaritanspurse.org/operation-christmas-child/ways-to-give/.
