E-4 Gary Beck, 20, who was serving with the U.S. Army in Germany, died there Thursday as a result of an accident, according to reports received in El Dorado. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Beck, 725 School St. Survivors include his parents; a brother, Bruce Beck, EL Dorado; a sister, Mrs. Joyce Keichner, El Dorado; and his grandmother, Mrs. Eva Ruck, Birmingham, Ala. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Bailey Funeral Home. (El Dorado Times - March 13, 1971)
