Marshall N. Chrisman Jr, age 89, of Ozark, Arkansas, died, Monday, December 5, 2022, in Ozark. He was born May 3, 1933 in Coal Hill, Arkansas to Marshall Ney Chrisman Sr. and Elva Lee Faucett Chrisman. Marshall was a Construction Owner for Ozark Material and Chrisman and Son, a Tug Boat Captain, Pilot, Chairman of the Franklin County Ozark Airport, former State Representative of 1968 to 1969, a member of the Ozark Recreation Club, the Eagles and the 32 Degree Mason. He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Steve Chrisman; two brothers, Robert and Will Mike Chrisman; and two sisters, Gloria and Bonnie.

Marshall is survived by his wife, Karon "Tinker" Chrisman of Ozark; two sons, Jody Chrisman, and Mark Chrisman of Ozark; one daughter, Marsha Smith of Cedarville, Arkansas; one brother, Johnny Chrisman of Clarksville, Arkansas; and five grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark, with Brother Lonnie Turner officiating, with burial at Highland Cemetery Highway 64 West in Ozark, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be George Lindley, Andrew Post, Dr. J.C. Smith, Monte Canady, Mike Miner, and JR Kirby.
