*Obituary
Donald Edward Shock, 53, of Conway, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Conway Regional Medical Center.
He was born December 3, 1952, in Conway, to the late Edward Lee and Lorene (Fleming) Shock.
Mr. Shock was a home builder, a lifelong member of Conway First Baptist Church, and current member of Heber Springs First Baptist Church.
He had a great love of athletics, was an avid golfer, and an accomplished swimmer with the Hendrix Aqua Kids, where he set multiple swimming records.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Diane (Lyons) Shock; two daughters, Lindsey Lea Shock and Kristin Paige Shock, both of Conway; a step-son, Chris Cambino and wife Rosetta of Conway; a sister, Diane Rivers and husband Doug of Birmingham, AL; a brother, Thom Shock of Little Rock; nephew, Scott Mansfield and wife Kye; niece, Amy Parkman and husband Jason, all of Birmingham; father and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Lyons of Conway; and his loyal dog, Lacy.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Central Baptist Church in Conway with Rev. J.R. DeBusk officiating.
Visitation is Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency (ARORA).
