March 28, 1937 - August 4, 2014
Gordon Lee Engle, age 77 went to be with the Lord August 4, 2014 at his home. He was born March 28, 1937 in Anderson, Indiana, the son of the late Norman Engle and Martha Freland Engle.
Gordon was retired from Spurlock, Inc. He was a member of McJester Baptist Church. He enjoyed NASCAR Racing, watching his family and friends compete in the game of horse shoes and he enjoyed visiting with his neighbors.
He is survived by his sons Lee Engle (Marla) of Hickory Flat, AR; Lonnie Engle of Indiana; Leslie "Whitey" Humbert of Conway, AR; daughter Lisa Engle Sumner of Frankton, IN; eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brother Dennis Engle; sisters Misty Hawkins and Enola Linebury. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service was Thursday at 9:00AM at McJester Baptist Church in Pangburn, Arkansas with Bro. Denver Gillespie officiating. Interment was in Henderson Cemetery.
