Lisa Ann Burkett, 28, of Mulberry, AR, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR.
She was born December 26, 1983 in Fort Smith, AR.
She is survived by her parents Fred Jr. and Catherine Burkett, two sisters Diane Burkett of Rudy, AR. and Linda Burkett of the home, one brother Waylon Burkett of the home.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. with interment at Mt. McCurry Cemetery in Rudy, AR.
Pallbearers will be Willie Woods Sr., Willie Woods, Jr., DeWayne Wallace, Ricky Wallace, George Speaks and Howard Speaks.
Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Dehart, Joe Speaks, and Tony Garvin. Teddy Wallace.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
