Rubin V. Haygood, Jr. passed away on May 9, 2021 in Rogers. He was born on March 20, 1930 to the late Rubin V. Haygood, Sr. and Jessie (McDougald) Haygood. He was the husband of Gwen (Fish) Haygood.
Rubin is survived by his wife, Gwen of Rogers; son, Roger Haygood (Michelle) of Conway; daughters, Kathy Garcia (Netza) of Rogers and Sharon Haygood (Dean) of Florida; sister, Ruth Meeks of San Angelo, Texas; 21 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Haygood.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts to The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering of the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.
