*When George William Eichelberger was born on July 28, 1858, his father, Andrew, was 34 and his mother, Isabella, was 37. He married Anna Beckett Bowling and they had one daughter together. He also had one daughter from another relationship. He died on November 14, 1920, in Vincennes, Indiana, at the age of 62.
