Evelyn Dell Moyer was born on February 22, 1944 in Lamar, Arkansas to Ralph and Eula Bean Moyer. She passed away on October 20, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 75. She was a graduate of the University of the Ozarks and a school teacher.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ralph Moyer, Jr.
She is survived by her brother, Dale Moyer of Lamar, Arkansas and her sisters, Bonita Laster of Clarksville, Arkansas and Carolyn Bunton of Centralia, Missouri.
