Gene W. Parsley, 82, was born December 9, 1932, in Conroe, Texas, and died December 5, 2014, in Clarksville, Arkansas. He was a retired painter and Air Force Veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Nonie Holder Parsley; a brother, Jack Parsley, and a sister, Elizabeth Applegate.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Elaine Parsley of Clarksville, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Clarksville. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Monday, December 8, 2014, at Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville
