Charles Raymond Miller, age 80, of Crossett, Arkansas passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021. He was born on March 20, 1940 in Lacey, AR to John Henry and Maurese Hackney Miller. He lived his life serving his Lord and Savior in the ministry since 1963. Charles also served his country in the Army Special Forces 82nd Airborne Division. He loved hunting and fishing, however, his greatest loves in life were his family.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; one brother and six sisters.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 58 years, Velma Ruth Miller; one son, Charles Enoch and Melinda Miller, both of Crossett, AR; one grandson, Enoch Andrew Miller; three granddaughters, Nicole Posey (Lee), Dawn Browning and Olivia Miller; two great grandsons, John and William Alexander; one great granddaughter, Kayleigh Posey; one brother, James Miller of Russellville, AR; one sister, Gloria Greene of Van Buren, AR and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services are 3:00PM on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Lacey Cemetery in Lacey, AR with Bro. Kenny Bolin, officiating. Pallbearers are Robert Fletcher, Glenn Fletcher, Phillip Wisecarver, William Browning, Lee Posey and Steven Cross. Honorary Pallbearers are Andrew Miller and Wesley Alexander.
A time of visitation will follow at the cemetery immediately after the service.
