Obituary for Keith Earl "Buddy" Lundquist Jr.

A Memorial Service for Keith Earl "Buddy" Lundquist, Jr. of Sanford, North Carolina, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, with Bishop Linda Dabney officiating.

Keith passed away October 24, 2016, in North Carolina, at the age of 52. He was born March 21, 1964, in Norfolk, Virginia, the son of Keith and Bonnie Jensen Lundquist. He was a retired Unites States Army Veteran and Chief of Force Protection Branch at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. He was a Green Beret and in Special Forces. He was hardworking and enjoyed renovating his house, and spending time and riding motorcycles with his son.

Keith is survived by his mother, Bonnie Lundquist of Mountain Home, AR; son, Conner Gray Lundquist of Sandford, NC; daughter, Amy (Nick) Toledo; grandson, Logan Toledo both of Maryland; best friend, Lori Lundquist of Sanford, NC; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Army Honor Guard.

Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans or Holy Spirit Lutheran Church.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
