Funeral Services for Stephen C. Hopper of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be at 3:00 pm, Monday, May 14, 2018, at Christ Community Church, with Dr. David Johnson officiating. Visitation will be Monday, May 14, 2018, from 1:00 pm until service time, at Christ Community Church.

Steve passed away May 11, 2018, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 64. He was born November 10, 1953, in Searcy, Arkansas, the son of Carroll and Donnie Lawson Hopper. He married Carla McCracken on June 15, 1973, in Flippin, AR and was the owner of Steve's Termite and Pest Control. Steve lived in Mountain Home since 1965, moving from Pangburn, AR. He was a member of the Twin Lake's Home Builder's Association, the Arkansas Pest Control Association, the National Pest Control Association and the Elk's Lodge.

Steve is survived by his wife, Carla Hopper, 2 sons, Travis Hopper and Eric (Lindsay) Hopper, all of Mountain Home, AR, brother, Gary (Sarah) Hopper, of Benton, AR, sister, Carolyn Fortner, of Forsyth, GA and 3 grandchildren, Caroline Smith, Benson Hopper and Luke Hopper.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum, Mountain Home, AR, with Dennis Allen, Kenny Stone, Blake McBride, Irvin DeAtley, Kenneth Treat and Norman Brandon, Jr. as pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks, 701 Burnett Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
