Hazel Youngblood, age 97, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at her residence. She was born October 28, 1919, in Texarkana, Arkansas and had lived in Texarkana all of her life.
She was a member of Beech Street First Baptist Church and was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Youngblood, and two sons, Charles Richard Youngblood and Larry Youngblood.
Survivors include one son and two daughters-in-law, Wayne and Doris Youngblood of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Brenda Youngblood of Wake Village, Texas, two daughters, Shelba Jean Purifoy-Fricks of Wake Village, Texas, and Linda McAdams of Texarkana, Texas, twenty-five grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:00 P. M. Friday at the Texarkana Funeral Home Arkansas Chapel with Rev. Wallace Edgar and Rev. Robert McCarver officiating.
Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
