Married: July 23, 1916
Jesse H. Gray, aged 78, died July 19, 1962 at his home in Chambersville. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maudie Thomas Gray; two sons, Fay Gray and Smith Gray of Fordyce; Ray Gray and Harry Gray of Thornton and Jack Ivy Gray, Tinsman; and two grandchildren. funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon at Fordyce by Rev. Henry Gardner, and burial was in Chambersville Cemetery. (Calhoun Herald - August 2, 1962)
